CREDIT
APPROVAL & TERMS
Your
credit account may be established once your order or orders
collectively total $500 within a 90 day period. At that time you may
request a credit line and be invoiced twice monthly at wholesale.
Accounts over 30 days old will forfeit credit approval.
SHIPPING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A nominal fee of $2.50 is charged for shipping and handling expense
on orders of Twelve or more
vials. A fee of $3.75 is charged on orders of 6 to 11 vials and
$5.25 on orders under six vials.
All orders are shipped same day either UPS or
priority mail depending upon distance and size of order. |
